Shipping & Return
SHIPPING
All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 days. Excluding weekends and holidays. Your package will arrive in approximately 2-7 business days after shipment.
We will notify you when orders go out with the accompanying USPS tracking number (where applicable) to the email address provided.
Casa Alquimista reserves the right to cancel any order due to issues involving merchandise availability. In case an item is out of stock we will need to cancel the order and you will receive a full refund.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service.
RETURNS
We accept non-food item (starter cultures are considered a food item) returns for store credit. Items must be in the same condition we sent them to you - tags still attached, items undamaged and unused within 30 days of purchase.
Item(s) may not be returned without prior notification - please email us for a return form that must be included in package.
Credit cannot be issued for shipping costs. You are responsible for all shipping costs back to us.
All returns must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery date.
Please let us know if you have an issue with your order, and we will do our very best to make it right.
Shipping
We love to ship Priority Mail by the USPS because it's fast, inexpensive for smaller packages, and reliable.
We also utilize FedEx Ground for larger packages so we can keep our shipping costs to you as low as possible. We hand package and ship all of our products within 48 hours of receiving an order to ensure your items are as fresh as possible.
Actual carrier rates are calculated based on product weight and the shipping destination at the time of purchase. The customer pays the actual shipping costs. Shipping may cost up to $50.
If for any reason your product is damaged during shipping, email Casalquimista@gmail.com for a free replacement.
International Shipping
We are based in Los Angeles, CA but ship our products all over the world! If you'd like to see how much it would cost to ship your order, you can move through the checkout process to the point in which you enter your shipping address. Shipping prices range by weight and address, so simulating your order is the best way to get a quote!
Free shipping promotions and coupons are available for destinations within the continental United States only. These promotions and coupons do not apply outside of this region.

Easy Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, you can send it back within 30 days of delivery. As long as the item is in new condition, we will offer a full refund less the cost of return shipping. Refunds are issued within 48 hours of receiving the item(s).
